The first two construction sites for SPINELLI were handed over to evohaus GmbH from Karlsruhe on October 29, 2020 after the dismantling work was completed.

After the purchase contract was notarized in August, the next stage goal in the cooperation between MWSP and the investor has now been reached with the handover of the construction site and the starting signal for the other investors has been marked.

Evohaus is planning to build a residential building with around 16 residential units along Anna-Sammet Strasse. With the planned student dormitory directly on the quarter square, a housing offer for the younger generation is also to be created.

The demolition and development work on SPINELLI has been in full swing since the beginning of the year. The plans of the other investors are also progressing so that further building sites can be handed over in the next few months. For most investors, construction will start in spring 2021.
